help i just installed my t56 i built. i replaced the synchronizers with D&D synchro kit but it still grinds into 3 unless i hold the clutch for a sec. every other gear works fine. what could be the problem

nope damn it i should have well time to order it. i just got in well a ta was messing with me. now i am a head and cam 346 with a spec 3 clutch so u know i should have got him first i was gone second i was gone third i almost started crying. grinding like a mother so i went straight to fourth and well i did not beat him like i wanted. should i go ahead and replace the shift fork. i can do the job in a day. what else should i replace while im in there. also can air in the clutch lines cause one gear to miss or would it cause all the gears to grind like that. it does it at lower rpms also.
