Drill mod gone bad!

Somethings up with my master cylinder i put it back in but it was really stiff and i pushed too hard and the rod bent! What went wrong???

the fluid has to go somewhere, if it cannot, fluid does NOT compress, hence the bent bar. I'm thinking either you didn't hook it up back to the slave properly, or you had crap in the line that got lodged and didn't let the fluid flow. What you thought may have been proper movement was actually probably an air pocket you were squeezing. Once that got compressed into the fluid, something else gave.
