Default After Clutch Install Problems

Well i got the everything put back together last night and i have a few issues.
with the car off i can go first second third fourth and so on normally but with the engine running it wont let me go into second it makes me go around into fourth. Any ideas? Now my speedometer or my reverse lockout isn’t working but i think i may have the plugs switched up.
I installed a new oem flywheeel and a Spec stage 2.
