Default Which transmission

I am currently going through the build process of a 383 stroker / Single 78 mm turbo. I have an 02 ss M6 with a stage 3 monster clutch (with maybe 5K miles on the clutch) hardened gears and aftermarket syncros, 9" rear, and 3 1/2" steel drive shaft. Should the tranny/clutch hold? I'm expecting hp numbers in the mid to high 700 range. If not, any suggestions would be appreciated. I am opposed to switching to an automatic.

If auto then a built 4L80E should hold..or a Powerglide..which would be nice with that setup, depends on how hardcore you are about it.

As far as the T56..I would go with the Viper Build one from Tick.
