Default Weak Pressure Plate

From what i heard that is my clutch problem.. If so that is the problem what causes this an what's the easiest to solve this problem. Thanks

The pressure plates have diaphragm springs. I have never seen on just get weak or fail in any way. They are very durable.

What exactly is the problem? If its slipping, I would blame the disk before the PP.

Its not slipping at all but the pedal sticks to the floor before I even shift an from what anwsers i've got so far that's what seems to be the problem.
