Weak Pressure Plate From what i heard that is my clutch problem.. If so that is the problem what causes this an what's the easiest to solve this problem. Thanks

Its not slipping at all but the pedal sticks to the floor before I even shift an from what anwsers i've got so far that's what seems to be the problem.
