drill mod while MC is already installed. Is there any way to do the drill mod now that the master cylinder is already installed, or is it to late. Would i have to take the whole master cylinder out.
You need to take it out, evern if you could push that little pin out you would loose it or just plain old wouldnt be able to get it in. I did it once on a car with the motor removed and it was still a pain
t's simple. Pull the rod off the clutch pedal, disconnect the line at the tranny and pull the two nuts on the firewall. Should slide right out.
Edit: don't forget the reservoir and don't get any fluid on the paint!
