You need to attach it to the slave cylinder in place of the stock bleeder. Just screws in with a crush washer Easiest to do with the cylinder off of the car.
Once it's all bolted up, crack the end open and just work the clutch until all air and burnt fluid is out and then close it, tuck it up with some zipties.
Literally bled my clutch to perfection in 2 min.

I would get one the next time you go into the bellhousing. It is one of the best investments I have ever made for my 99 TA. It makes alot less mess, and easier than snot to bleed. Instead of using a 1/4 rachet, loop it up into the engine bay and zip tie it next to the reservior. When you do get it.
