Default Shifter Boot

Does anyone make a replacement plastic ring that goes inside the shifter boot. Mine is broke along with everyone else i know with a 6spd

The ring is only sold with a new boot. BUT... You don't need a new one unless you shattered your old one! You can just glue it. Here's a write up on how to do this: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...l#post13162400

I've repaired my trim ring twice. Once for a break, and another time for a plastic tab that broke off. Its still going strong and no issues.

I have used epoxy and a piece of wire to fix 2 broken rings and they have lasted for years. I just cut a piece of wire about 2 inches long and glued it over the breaks with some good epoxy.

Used the abs glue and it worked great, thanks
