Couple of questions 1. How many quarts of transmission fluid does a T-56 hold? How much syncro mesh should I put in there? It has over 100K on it.
2. Where is the drain plug?
3. How do you remove the torque arm from the bracket on the transmission?

EDIT: Wait....is Synchromesh synthetic. I kinda feel like a dumb *** for just assuming it was.

Like already said, 4 qts, but I would use a regular dex III fluid. I don't know for sure about the synchromesh, but synthetic fluid in general isn't good for the pre-98 (or 97?), as they use paper instead of carbon fiber seals, which synthetic fluid can destroy.
