Default Speed Adjustment on T56

I have a 95 TA and the previous owner put a 3.73 rear in it. I'm pretty sure my speedometer is off. How is this adjusted on the T56?

Either mail order tune, or take it to someone that knows how, or buy the software/cable to do it yourself.
