Default leaking seal?

Well my slave cylinder took a crap on me and im dropping the trans and noticed when i took the ds out a good bit of fluid came with it ??? But i never noticed anything leaking on the ground before in my driveway so what is needing to be replaced? it looks liek it is still slowly dripping? how hard of a fix is it to do yourself?

Also need to add that he car has been sitting on an angle the last 3 or 4 days on jack stands so would that be normal to see this when you pull the ds out?

If you did not drain the transmission prior to removing the DS fluid will run out of the tailshaft, especially if the front end is higher than the rear. As long as it does not leak with the DS installed you should be good.

Ya the front was a good bit higher and def doesnt leak when the ds is in. Should i put some more fluid in for what i lost or is it not that critical? Thanks for the imput.

Pull out the fill plug on the trans.

If fluid dribbles out, its full. If nothing comes out, add fluid until it slowly drips out of the fill hole.

pull the plug, and check the fluid. put the driveshaft yoke back it. and then put some paper under the car and see if it leaks overnight
