Clutch sliping

Clutch sliping Well my cluch started sliping yesterday and before I Order a new clutch is there anything i should check to be sure that it`s actually a bad clutch and not somthing else. Cruising down the road in 5th or 6th if I floor it the clutch starts to slip bad and it will rev all the way up to redline. It still shifts fine and no sliping off the line. Any suggestions? 
You prolly have the typicall stock clutch woes.
You'll be suprised how much of a difference a clutch set,adjustable master & a 12565145 updated slave will make.
Might as well do the drill mod as well.

OOPS I forgot to mention my upgrades. I have a mcleod adjustable master cyl and slave with a centerforce DF. I know the DF is a piece of crap but i bought it before i heard how much of a POS it was on the boards here. The clutch has about 7000mi on it and has held strong untill yesterday.
