Explain the process of how you are bleeding the clutch. My TICK master is amazing along with every other review I have read.
It sounds like you still have air in the system. Did you bench bleed the master before install?
The way I bleed mine (keep in mind I have a hole cut in my trans tunnel so I can do it solo) :
Remove cap to reservoir
Pump clutch, then hold to floor
Unscrew bleeder on slave.
Tighten bleeder.
Repeat.
Remember to keep your reservoir full at all times. And with the TICK unit, it will MOVE some fluid. I normally have to fill the reservoir after 2 or 3 bleeds.
