Default HELP tick is bleeding off

I have noticed that the clutch has got a little more play in it. I checked the fluid and it was a little low. I was detailing the car today and I noticed that inside the car it was bleeding off from the rubber boot that the rod goes into. Anybody else have this problem or am I the first and have to buy a new one. on my vette

Send the master back to us and we'll replace it with a new one. We have had some leaky cylinders sent back, but the total probably amounts to less than 1% of total sales. We warranty the cylinder for life.

Are they rebuildable? I have on also, no real problems 'cept a little when cold.
