Internal or External slave cylinders?

There are two diffderent ones but the external is not really that easier to maintainance since you sill have to take off the tranny as you would a internal t-56. I know all tis cause i just got my tranny replaced and my original tranny had a external slave and my new has a internal....

external is used on an lt1. you can replace the slave without removing the transmission, but I dont think lt1 style clutches are as good as ours.
