I'm a owner of a 06 Cts-v and I hate the first to 4th gear feature they put in the car to save gas if you get to a high enough rpm. In the v it kicks In at 2500 rpm and I want it disabled. Is there any way this can be done?

It can be done with cags eliminator or a tuner can do it. If you are going to have your car tuned, disable it then. If you plan on keeping the car stock, you can pick up cags! all over the place. I have one in my car, its just plug and play. It was the first thing I installed when the car was stock.

i think i paid like 15 bucks or so on an ebay skip-shift eliminator and it works perfect
heres the only one i found on ebay for a cadillac

all depends if its worth the money to disable it..
i think but im not sure but with the f bodys you can just put a resistor across the two pins but idk about a cadi.. not as nice of a way but my buddy did it and has no problems..
