I have posted on both of your threads, I have tried to work with you, and have still not seen your parts. At this point you feel that it is a parts issue and I am happy to examine the pieces to determine if this is the case or not. As I told you on the phone, if you want to reference that conversation...something that you seem to have conveniently "forgotten" or "ignored" is that I will do what I can to assist you. I am a reasonable person...and I think most that have dealt with me would agree with this. That being said, I explained our policies and told you I would assist you to the best of my ability. Once I have the parts and can determine the cause we can work from there. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,

It is also worth noting that over-torquing the plate can cause damage that would affect clutch release:

"I took the trans off today, removed the bellhousing and pp, the pp bolts were alot tighter than 22 ft lbs."

This could very easily explain your issues...and if this is in fact the cause it will be evident when the parts are assessed. As mentioned...we will see when the parts arrive!

Shopping locally and paying retail means you generally pay a higher price and usually tax as well. Pay less and have to ship back to supplier? Or pay more and deal in-person. You made a buyer's choice. The vendor is attempting to work with you.

Ship the parts back. They should have a vested interest in making good on any defective parts and have courteously kept up with all your trash-talking on here.
