Strange M6 problem. Need help

Default Strange M6 problem. Need help

I just installed headers and an LS6 manifold on my 98 TA. After one day of driving around the transmission wont let me shift into 1, 3, 5, or R. I cant even move the stick past the N position. I installed a pro 5.0 in early december and had no problems with anything until now. The only two things that are not correct from the intake install is what i assume is a vacuum hose that runs from the passenger side of the TB to the rear of the manifold, which is not connected on the back of the manifold. And also one electric plug that I assume is from the now blocked off egr because there is no where to plug it in around its general location. I had no transmission problems before this.

Come on guys this is a big problem, I need some help, I have exhausted all of my ideas. Its not any of the plugs will the car lock out some gears if you are throwing an emission code? I tried calling GM, Jegs, and Summit techs and no one has ever heard of it. Any suggestions on what to do.

Make sure the headers didn't burn the hydrolic line going to the slave. Does the clutch pedal feel natural? Like its disengaging the clutch?

The clutch feels fine, I will check the hyd. lines tonight but the fluid level is fine I checked that last night. I do have check engine light because my O2 sims arent here yet, would that have anything to do with it. Tried unhooking the battery to reset codes but it didnt work. When the car is off, it still will not go into those gears.??????

Pull the shifter boot and re-check the shifter's forward travel adjustment bolt...1,3,5,R are all the forward position gears. I'd think the travel adjustment bolt may have turned itself...

I will try that tonight, I never even thought to check the little bolts on the pro 5.0. Thanks for the suggestions.
