tyranny not engaging

i just replaced the throw out bearing and thrust bearing in my 99 camaro with a tr6060. I start the car and i can change gears without using the clutch. It seems like the clutch is stock open and the transmission is quiet so i believe it is not turning. The clutch pedel returns to the top fine but doesnt fell like it is pushing anything. Any suggestions what could cause this

just puled the transmission out and found that the new throw out bearing is about 1/8 inch longer than my original one so i am going to try tacking out the steal shim that came with my spec clutch to try to achieve the proper spacing hope this works ore i will be pulling the transmission four the third time this weekend
