McLeod MC adjustment ?
McLeod MC adjustment ? Does anyone have the new McLeod MC? I'm talking about the Wilwood one:
I just installed it, and the pedal does not seem to adjust down very far. I have it adjusted down all the way, and the pedal still sits higher than the brake pedal. The older version would adjust all the way past the brake pedal, which is where I like it. This MC needs hardly any travel at all to disengage the clutch. Thanks.

If your not in a time crunch you can send the M/C back and we'll shorten the rod. Otherwise you'll need to shorten the rod yourself. It is a 2 piece design, notice it goes from 3/8" rod to 5/16" rod. That is a interference press fit with red loctite. Seperate the two rods and trim off what you need off of the 3/8" rod.
I don't know, I never had a Tick. I really like it so far, it has a firmer pedal feel than the previous version. Hardly needs any pressure at all to disengage the clutch.
