Im looking to trade my a4 for a stock t56 ... it has 80k on it with no problems ... i was wondering if it would be worth it or should i find an upgraded trans?

Your best bet might be buying one outright already done up. I know some places will sell you a t56 straight up with no core, but it cost a little more. If your looking to do it right that is probably going to be your best option because anything your going to buy will almost certainly need a rebuild unless you score a nice built one that is slightly used.
