Synthetic fluid?????

Synthetic fluid in the hydrolics????? Has anyone had problems with synthetic fluid in the hydrolics? I have a DOT 3 synthetic in the system now (car is awaiting a motor) and I just got my Spec 3I and the instructions say not to use any synthetic fluid because it causes LS1s to have "fluid blow-by"

Im not sure used it once on my old centerforce when it was new and I had the blow by problem basically you can see fluid leaking out on the cylinder ..........I could be wrong but stick to the dot 3 I have the spec III I and love it...
