Default T56 compatibility?

what is the difference between the f-body, GTO, Corvette, and CTS-V T56's?

I know the GTO and corvette ones use the double/triple synco's whereas the f-body ones use single/double syncros. what about the CTS-V's?

if they are all interchangeable, that would broaden my search.

I know the gears are different, but that doesn't concern me.

CTS-V is an M12 triple/double like the GTO but the differences are not just limited to parts inside the tailhousing / shift mechanism.
