Default clutch is loosing pressure

first of all i have a 2000 TA with stock everything.... my clutch is loosing pressure and i don't know if it is the master or the slave cylinder. example is when i'm at a stop sign and when i have it in gear with the pedal pushed in, the car will try to take off after a few moments. and also it will get stuck in 1st or reverse because i can't pump the pedal.

If there no leak under the trans. I would look more of the master cylinder leaking internally.

Maybe the pressure plate bolts are backing out.
