Need advice on T56 The other day I was flying through the gears and on my way from 3rd to 4th I didn't have the clutch all way in and grinded the hell out of it. Now if I get on it, it grinds shifting 3rd to 4th but if I'm really putting around, it doesn't. I'm not very familiar with manual transmissions and was wondering if this is something that I need to worry about or just drive it until it gets worse and have someone do a rebuild.

Sounds like your synchros are either on their way out, or have flipped you the bird completely.
Start the car, with it in neutral. try to put it in all the gears WITHOUT the clutch. If they grind, then you know the synchros for that gear are bad.
