Shifting advice Ok so i should know this, but this has been my biggest summer taking my car on the street.
So some times when im shifting from 1st to 2nd ill chirp the tires and other times ill feel like its spinning. I shift from 1st to 2nd around 5400rpm...
Can i get some advice from any of you more experienced fellas as to what i might be doing wrong or what i could do better?

Not much, sometimes its going to hook sometimes it won't. Usually my car will spin for just a second and then hook. If its stays spinning back out just a little bit, but not enough that you loose forward momentum. Best way to figure it out is practice

Yeah your description about sums up what happens. It spins for a sec then hooks again. Doesnt happen a whole lot from a nice dig launch, but happens during rolls.
