Clutch fork ?

Default Clutch fork ?

Clutch fork ? So I just replaced , both slave cylinders , clutch/pressure plate/throw out bearing . Went to push clutch in today and it worked for about 2 pumps , then it went straight to the floor and stayed , and did the same thing in the up position .

So I lifted the car back up pulled off the slave cylinder and messed with the clutch fork , it keeps coming out of place . And it has a lock tab . And when I go to shift it pulls the clutch fork out of place. What could this be ?

do I need a new clutch fork or pivot ball ? Or just close the tab with a flat head ?

Crap I forget the most important thing lol . Its a 96 Z28 , 6 speed .

There is a fork that connects to the throw out bearing , and on the bottom of that fork there is a divet that the slave cylinder rod pushes into . When I push the clutch pedal to the floor the slave cylinder rod pushes agains this fork , which then pulls the throw out bearing. When this happens the fork slips off this throw out bearing . * disengages *

On this fork there is a bolt and a clip . that mounts to the transmission .

You need to make sure the indent on the clutch fork is dead center in the opening. Some aftermarket throwing bearings are different then stock and you might need to turn it till the fork slides on it all the way.

Fixed lol , just straighten the Clutch fork with the throwout bearing ! Thanks guys !
