Default LS7 Clutch limits

Trying to see just how much rwhp an LS7 clutch will handle. Anyone using an LS7 clutch that's putting down a
considerable amount more power than a stock LS7 which is about 450 rwhp.

Really guys lol? A clutch that GM had installed on a 500+hp car with a warranty and you guys claim things like 350-380 and 400? A stock LS7 will dyno in the 450 range, but ok. Anyways, mine had absolutely no problem at 440 rwhp and looked fine when I took it out but swapped it out with the new motor.

My understanding is that they can take a decent bit of power (450-500rwhp), but they don't do too well at the track. If you are the average street car, it is a hard clutch to beat due to its soft pedal feel, COMPLETE lack of chatter (factory clutch), and generally a long lifespan. If it is more of a track car and you are trying to cut some nice 60's, probably be better off with another, more aggressive clutch. Just my .02 though.
