Default crossmember relocation adjustment

so i got a BMR tourque arm and adjustable relocation bracket. problem is, i have no idea where i need to set it at. the car is dropped with the bilesten kit. i need to get LCA relocation brackets to correct the pinion angle, right? what all do i need to do to make sure i get it set up right the first time?

so i guess i have two questions,

how do i adjust my xmember relocation bracket and torque arm correctly?

how do i keep the pinion angle correct with the inch drop?

a prefactory thanks to anyone who knows what to do.
