Is it possible to swap an lt1 hydralic clutch system into on ls1 along with the lt1 t56 to eliminate the "clutch drop"?

Sure. Anything's possible with custom parts and enough money.

It would be somewhat easier to go to a clutch fork setup while keeping the push clutch.
