Clutch Problems! I've bled the clutch numerous times (old fashioned 2 person way & w/ a mity vac). There's no air in the line at all. I have a monster stage 2, tick rebuilt tranny and tick adjustable MC. THE PROBLEM: It is not a easy as it was to put into gear. Its like I can feel the synchro rings when I push it into 1st gear and reverse. So I tried adjusting the MC thinking maybe that would help but non matter which way I turn the turnbuckle, when I jaw the clutch depressed to the floor I shift into 1st and the car moves ever so slightly. Like the clutch isn't fully disengaging or something. I'm trying to fix this problem without dropping the tranny again as it's a nightmare! I appreciate all comments.
Does the transmission slip into gear easily if the engine is not running?
How far out is your clutch pedal in comparison to the brake pedal?
How many miles are on the clutch/transmission at this point?
How far up does the clutch pedal come before the clutch really starts to engage and move the vehicle?
It certainly sounds like a disengagement issue with the clutch system somehow.

Goes into gear alright not running but is a little notchy.
Clutch pedal is about 1/2" to 3/4" past the brake pedal.
Mileage on clutch assembly, flywheel, slave cylinder, & rebuilt tranny is 2,177 & I broke the entire system in for 750 miles just to make sure.
I just measured it an it's about 4.5" off of the floor before it starts to engage.
My name is Mike I had spoke with you on the phone earlier. After we hung up I disconnected the hydraulic line from the slave cylinder and pressed the clutch and it was hard as a rock. But if I pushed the pedal with hand very slowly, I could hear what sounded like air trying to escape from the boot of the MC where the threaded rod enters the MC.
Like we had spoke about earlier I think it's the PP. I'll be calling Monster in just a little while.

Yeah I spoke with someone there but he said that to get the best answer for me I would need to talk to Steve. So he said he would have him call me. It was close to the close of business so I'm hoping I'll get a call tomorrow.
