Default help me make a selection

I'm in need of a twin disk clutch and flywheel for my build. The car is 90% street drive with the occasional trip to the track. So I'm looking for drivability. I have a 6.0L LQ9 with the plans of putting down 480-490rwhp plus adding a 150 shot on top of that.

I'm open to all manufacturers. Thanks in advance.

Our Level 1 Twin Disc would be perfect for your setup. They are rated at 700 hp/tq at the wheels and have a slightly stiffer pedal than stock. Our twins also use a billet front cover and come with a 2 year warranty. Give us a call at 817-750-2000 and we will get you taken care of.

Can anyone give any feedback regarding either the spec(ss-trim) or Monster(level 1) twin disc?

I have had a McLeod Street Twin in my car since 2004. I probably haven't been to the track since 2005/6. Driveability is excellent. It is only slighty more difficult (using that term loosely) to drive. Just needs a little more throttle on takeoff to account for the increased garb of the clutch.

I had concidered a st. twin as well but McLoed is nearly a month out due to supplier issues.

I've got quite a few of the Level 1 twins out there, they are new to the market so feedback is going to come slowly.

Our SS Trim will provide tremendous drivability and capacity of 900lb-ft at the crank. This unit is completely rebuildable and has been proven time and again to be a fantastic kit for higher output street driven application.
