Clutch issue The problem is that the clutch will not disengage. I have a 240sx with an ls1 swap. I have replaced the whole clutch assembly with a monster 11in ceramic race and 28lb fly wheel, brand new gm bolts for both. I have a brand new tilton 75 series 7/8 master cylinder and a brand new slave from autozone. Monster says that they do not require a shim but as of right now I have tick performance .100 shim installed. Pedal feels firm and like a solid pedal so I don't believe its a bleed issue.
When the car is sitting still with the motor on and clutch fully depressed, when I try to put the car in gear, the car starts moving forward and will not go into gear. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this.
