HELP! What monster clutch is this????

Friend of mine picked it up for his nova project, used, but has no idea what level it i s(1, 2, 3, ect ect), and what car it was originally intended for. can any one help identify this monster clutch???? is this an "older gen" clutch disk????

looks like an older design 1 or 2. Not sure what vehicle. This is how my new stage 2 look..

maybe the older 3.5??? or whatever it was? beings its not a solid disk????

Who did he pick it up from? I've never made a production clutch that looked like that, he may have been scammed (I have people copy us all the time), unless one of my guys did a one off and I don't remember.
