T56 help!!

I have a 99 TA my clutch pedal has lots of play and it takes a second for it to come back up all the way and I can not shift at high RPM's?? What can be done to fix this?? Any suggestions much appreciated

are you running a stock clutch master cylinder?

Yes stock master and clutch, have not had the car very long found it completely stock believe it or not lol even had the skip shift still on it
