Default ram level 1,2, or 3?

i'm in serious need of a new clutch and i think i'm going to go with a ram since i hear they are very streetable. i have a couple of bolt ons and might get nitrous at sometime so i want something that can hold. i would also like to keep the stock flywheel if at all possible. which level would you recommend?

I have the RAM 910, no chatter and holds great, with adj. master pedal effort is not as hard as i anticipated ... but I have not tested at track yet.
