t56 fluid change intervals

t56 fluid change intervals All you fast guys, how often are you changing the fluid in your t56? i'm talking about fast enough to warrant an external pump to keep the front cluster set happy. I've heard it's a good idea to change after every track weekend? car 60's in the 1.41 range, and should be faster once i get the clutch hydraulics dialed. i spin the motor to 7400ish.
i havent heard every track weekend. if you are soley beating on the car on a track i would think every few events it should be checked to see if its burnt. normal driving is around 25k but that doesnt really apply to track use.
also if you are swinging it hard around a circle track or launching it hard to pull the front tires up significantly at the track a pump would be a good idea.
