If you don't already have the tick master, you'll want it for that set up. I don't think your stocker will hold up. The remote bleeder is worth every penny. Bleed the master at the quick connect. Then, sit in your car and bleed the slave in like ten minutes. Down the road, if you decide to flush the clutch fluid or re-bleed it, very easy to do.
Based on that then, realistically its only a difference of about 5.5 lbs not including Flywheel, then depending on what type of flywheel you get, it will play a huge role in how it performs.
I'd assume that 5.5 lbs should have a minimal impact on MOI, but with the added PP weight in the pedal, I can see where it would feel more sluggish, especially if the friend got a 26-28 lb standard flywheel.
