Shifter bouncing up and down with SES light on

Shifter bouncing up and down with SES light on I took the car out today and when I began to pull out of the parking lot I heard what I can only describe as a clunk. Car seemed fine, I didn't notice anything under the car with a quick inspection and I continued on. Jumped on the highway and about 10 mins later the SES light came on. I wasn't beating on the car or anything just cruising. Now at low RPM's esp in second gear the car bucks like crazy and the shifter bounces up and down. I figure I may have broken my transmission mount but would this cause the SES light to come on? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
