t56 upgrade?

t56 upgrade? I currently have a horrible grinding from first to second gear and was wondering what parts could i get and where, to beef up my t56 so it wont need to be rebuilt all the time. Ive heard the viper transmission parts are used to do this, any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks 
how many miles do you have on it? How do you **** it?
my guess is either the syncros are going out (mileage) or you bent/cracked something from shifting it wrong.....
you can get the steel 3/4 shift fork from D&D (thats out of the Viper) but other than that, its just rebuild with the stock stuff as the only "better parts" the Viper has that we don't is a larger input and output shaft (which would require a larger clutch and output yoke). The T56 is stong as long as you shift it right.
