Default What RPM for Shift Light?

I have a stock internals M6.
What RPM should I set my Harlan Shift light too?
I was thinking 6000 so that it will give me time to react before I bounce of the rev-limiter (which is set at the stock 6200).
Just lookin for some feedback on what others have theres set to.

I have mine set at 5600 rpms... I had it set at 5800, but I would hit the rev limiter once in a while in 1st and 2nd gear, so I backed it down to 5600. But that's also because I have 4.11 gears, so the car flies through the RPMs a lot faster than if I still had the stock 3.42 ratio.

find a dyno graph for a stock internals M6, see what RPM the peak HP is at, then shift ~200RPM later (that should work) and see how that works for you.

I have the dyno graph for my car. I used a website that calcuated the optimal shift points based on torque vs. transmission ratios. It said that 6200 is still optimal. I am just curious how much RPM reaction time people are using.

I set mine 300 rpm before the desired shift point. Realize that the motor revs a bunch faster in first, so with a light at 6400, it will probably pull to 67-6800 waiting for you (well me anyway) to react. Of course it is easy to wait for the light and shift at 6500 from third to fourth.
