Default Please Help, Cant find Problem!

A friend of mine recently got his 6 speed tranny rebuilt, by a local reputable tranny shop, because it needed syncros and had a bent fork. After the rebuilt, he decided to put a new clutch in at the same Time. He put in a spec stage 2 and a z06 flywheel, along with a brand new slave cylinder. After the whole thing got put back together, the car was bled properly and taken for a test drive. The damn will not go into gear unless the rpm's are pretty high up. What can be the cause of this? If put on a car lift, and the car in 1st gear, and the clutch pedal pushed in, the tires still roll? What can be the cause? Do you think it needs a new master cylinder? Any advice? Thanks for reading guys!
