Default T-56 help

Working on a car for a buddy of mine. The car is making a funny grinding noise when the clutch is pushed in at driveway speeds. I know the throw out bearing is needing replaced. It doesn't make the noise all the time and very seldom can make it duplicate the sound, but when it makes the noise, you can pop it out of gear and the sound stops. The trans shifts very well at any rpm also.

Any help is very welcomed.,

Thanks,

Start with the throw out bearing and pilot bearing. If it's still doing it, probably in the trans itself.
