Default Another clutch/bleeding issue

Just replaced the master, slave, and clutch.

Clutch is a Ram 88931HDX. I had the flywheel resurfaced looked to be the OEM flywheel.

I've bleed and bleed and still can't disengage this pos..

I've tried every method of bleeding.. Mityvac, old fashioned way with the hole in the floor...
The master seems to be good being that I took the hose off the slave and the pedal was rock hard.

The car is on jack stands so when I do hit the clutch it does attempt to disengage but it's only doing it at the last inch of the pedal so it's barely working. I can't hold the brake and put it in gear but I can hold the clutch while the tires are spinning and hold the brake..

I'm to the point of thinking do I need some sort of shim?? Is the flywheel cut too low??

Any suggestions or ideas for me??

I hate to ask, but did you happen to measure for a shim? Many times a spacer is needed behind the shave due to extra gap between TOB and PP. for reference, my slave fully compressed has a 0.110" gap between the TOB and PP. the slave can only travel 13mm. I've seen gaps as high as .300.

No I did not.. I'm leaning towards that being the issue... I think this is the stock flywheel and if it is then it's been resurfaced 2x.

Now if I had to shim it where do I find the shims jegs or summit?

Well I pulled everything apart. Checked the clearances between A and B and my number came out to .110 so no shim needed...

I put the old slave back in for the hell of it and it's still exactly the same.

Idk what to do next I threw out the original master so I can't put that back in to see what's going on.

I've been bleeding and bleeding and still no change at at the clutch only gives me a little of disengagement.
