How to connect tranny to engine, and ram install?

I was wondering what was the procedure to connect the tranny to the engine. what parts are required. I have the clutch (Ram VDS w/ 910 disc), tranny and slave cylinder (has release bearing). How does the slave mount to the tranny? do i need to hook up the master cylinder before i connect the tranny to the engine. how many shims for the Ram VDS clutch?

You can get alot of the info from an install on installuniversity.com. Install the VDS as it came out of the box (max pressure), at the most reomve one .010 shim for best results.
