trans install ???? I just put in a new spec 3 and I'm putting the trans back on the bell housing. Problem is I can't push the trans far enough to depress the t/o bearing-slave cylinder ***'y. Is there supposed to be something there to compress it or do I have to go hulk hogan on this biatch.
Sounds like you don't have the trans in perfect alignment with the motor - assuming that you used a clutch alignment tool when you tightened the pressure plate down.
The trans is pretty picky about the angle when you go to poke it in. Has to go straight in.
