Default Clutch picture diagnosis

Got my LS7 clutch out today and curious about some things.
-The flywheel has scratching from the clutch disc that Im not sure is normal(see pic).
-Out of the 4 clutch "internal" springs two are blue and two are yellow, the yellow ones are much shorter than the blue ones and loose inside the main springs and rattle, is this normal? My finer is pointing to one of the springs in question.
-Pilot bearing is toast, needle bearings falling out, going to replace.
-Noticed on the pressure plate the self adjustment mechanism seems to still be in the original position as the pin things are still lined up with the green paint mark, should it have adjusted itself some by now?
-On a positive note there seems to be very little wear and there is nothing that is a glaring issue to me, clutch has like 10,000 ish miles.

*I took the clutch out because Ive been having issues now shifting above ~3500rpm in any gear, getting locked out, so the clutch is not disengaging. Also would make a weird grinding like noise if I had the clutch peddle down and revved the engine above ~2500rpms.
Im going to buy a difference clutch/flywheel setup(possibly monster stage 2) and new slave cylinder. Im thinking my issue is the typical LS7 pressure plate not releasing the clutch at high RPMS, thoughts?

clutch looks fine to me, have u done the drill mod? My ls7 cluch was the best cluch i ever had i only swapped it because it would no longer hold my power level when i had traction. I beat the crap out of mine 20k plus miles lots of nitrous and it still looks similar to urs. Very smooth engagement. High rpm shifting was never a problem after drill mod.

Thanks for the reply. These clutch setups seem to be hit or miss.
I have a tick adjustable master cylinder so the line is already restriction free. Originally I never had any issues up until recently out of no where. My assumption is the pressure plate fingers must be loosing spring rate/are faulty or something.
When it started to be an issue I bled the master cylinder a ton and it didn't help any. The clutch felt great any other time driving just locking me out from shifting above like 3500rpms. Clutch peddle still felt great and everything too.
Slave cylinder looks normal to me, not leaking or anything.

What flywheel is that? It definitely doesn't look like a stock LS7 flywheel...The scratch marks lok like deep machining marks from (if/when) the flywheel was turned?
