Default Swap question

I’ve been kicking around the auto to manual swap as I’m almost complete with my LS swap into my 96 TA.

My question is do I swap in the LT or LS one? LQ4 is currently bolted up to the LT 4L60 with the adapter kit and with a modified 00 Z harness.

It's more than the wiring, the lt style will require a face plate change etc. I don't know how the electrical work with your car, with mine I did the trans standalone. Reverse lockout controlled by a samaco module, reverse lights run by splicing the t56 connector into my vehicle wiring and speed sensor from my truck harness.
