Default Stage 2 TDP T56

I had my transmission rebuilt by TDP last week. Got it back in over the weekend. I had a little bit of an issue getting the hydraulic line to lock into the slave cylinder. After cracking the slave bleeder, I finally got it back on. Torque arm was a pain. Got my interior back in. Finally, I put a gallon of Valvoline Dex III in it. This transmission is extremely stiff. No grinding, just stiff and a little tough to get in first. Did I skip a step? Every other review I have read about a rebuild compares it to butter and I’m not where near that. Is this common? Take time to break in?

Bleed it multiple times, mine is notchy but after its warm everything is butter. Only use dexron3 non synthetic for break in and it will be much smoother

Probably needs to be bled out. I always recommend installing a speed bleeder on these GM applications. It makes life a lot easier.
