Dex III I cant find this any where. Everything is dex VI, full synthetic or some blend. Where is everyone getting there fluid locally?

All you're looking for is Dex/Merc. You can get it anywhere. I still even buy ATF Type F for my 2 stroke bikes transmission.

I looked for a long time and just came to the conclusion, this is a once every 4 years thing so getting 88861800 wasn't THAT expensive in the overall scheme of things, if I had to change it every year that would be different. Expensive, heck yeah but the engineering behind it is more reassuring than worrying about premature transmission issues because of fluid with some additive or blend that didn't play well with all the internal components.
Yes, if you look at the label it will tell you that DEX/MERC is a replacement for DEXIII, I believe that is actually how the Castrol stuff is labeled, it's good stuff, been in my T56 for 3 years now and it's no stranger to abuse.
